The Registered Nurse functioning within the Patient Centered Care Model will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a group of patients, collaborate with health care professionals, coordinate ancillary staff and demonstrate professional growth and development. Able to provide appropriate care for patients served according to the unit’s scope of practice.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD, BS, BSN).



EXPERIENCE: CT Licensed or CT License eligible. OR experience is required with the ability to scrub and circulate on all procedures.


HOURS: Casual/Per Diem position to fill in for sick time, vacations, volume, etc. Shifts vary by needs. Must be able to work Wednesdays.

Full time and part time available as well
